The agreement

These terms apply between the company named above, trading as Nordletter, and the business using the service. By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping login details safe and for everything sent from your account. Accounts are personal to your business and may not be shared.

Acceptable use

You may only send to people who have agreed to hear from you. No purchased lists, no unlawful, misleading or harmful content, and no attempts to bypass the security of the service. We may pause sending that puts delivery for other customers at risk.

Fees

Plans are billed in advance in the currency shown at the time of purchase, excluding VAT. Unpaid invoices may lead to sending being paused.

Your content and your contacts

You own your content and your contact lists. We process them on your behalf under our data processing terms.

Availability

We work to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced when possible.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for indirect losses.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time. On termination you can export your data before the account is closed.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced before they take effect.

Governing law

The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies.
