Privacy policy

Who we are

Nordletter is a newsletter and messaging platform. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and what rights you have.

What we collect

Account data: name, email address, company details and login information for the people who use Nordletter.

Contact data: the contact lists our customers upload and the consent, unsubscribe and engagement records that belong to them.

Usage data: technical logs, security events, device and country information used to keep the service safe and to measure deliveries.

Payment data: invoicing details. Card details are handled by our payment provider, never stored by us.

Why we handle it

To deliver the service you asked for, to bill for it, to keep it secure and to meet legal bookkeeping duties.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers needed to run the service — hosting, sending infrastructure, payment and support tooling — all bound by data processing agreements. We never sell personal data.

Where the data lives

Inside the EU/EEA. If a supplier processes data outside the EU/EEA we use EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Account and billing data for as long as you are a customer, plus the retention required by accounting law. Contact and campaign data until you delete it or close the account. Security logs for a limited period.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to certain processing. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
